About my opportunity of giving training to teachers, and principals, I will attend more seminars and training programmes to enhance my knowledge and commitment and use this PTO to all my trainees. This is my passion to which I dedicate myself even after my retirement from my services.

Regarding my (#1 opportunity) I will PTO
My paintings are my #1 opportunity to advance my finances. I have recently increased my productivity in the area of my art and made a personal commitment to creating enough works for a gallery showing and I have begun to look for the right place for the showing.
Regarding my opportunity at becoming a manager at work, I will PTO by stepping up and taking the role on Monday and then starting officer training at RMC in July.
Regarding my ambitions, i want to take what i have learnt to improve my career opportunities
Regarding my opportunity to grow my business, I will research, interview select and enlist the support of a professional seo manager within the next three months

Regarding my opportunity to reframe an old issue I will do this by myself, starting tonight, at home, and use practical visualisation to create a new metastory.
Regarding my opportunity to learn to dance and play the button key accordion,I shall PTO by getting help and tuition from teachers skilled in dance and music.I shall PRR until I am competent at both dancing and playing the button key accordion.
Regarding my opportunity to spend more time with my family, I will PTO by ensuring I leave work every day, at a reasonable hour so we can all go for a walk before dinner. This will also help my younger daughter with her (poor) sleeping as she will be getting more exercise and hopefully will then sleep better.
