#07 ESCAPE

Larry Page, CEO of Google

“I live by the gospel of x10. Most companies would be happy to improve a product by 10 percent. Not me. I expect my employees to create products and services that are 10 times better than the competition. I’m not satisfied with discovering a couple of hidden efficiencies or tweaking code to achieve modest gains. x10 improvement requires rethinking problems entirely, exploring the edges of what’s technically possible, and having a lot more fun in the process”

Your DFQ #07 for today is: How can I escape?

What CVS can you try to escape from today?

  1. How I see myself which is negative. I know realise that this allows me to be demotivated with an expectation to fail… This in turn means I don’t participate fully and often do not finish what I begin.

See you at the end of the course.

  2. Enjoy time on contact wiht the natural
they have wonderful things to be discover it!!
it helps you to be on the now moment

  3. The first step would be to do all that must be done no matter how unpleasant. Secondly change one’s usual way of operating, break the rules but get the job done all the same and have fun and stay happy.

  4. Well, I’ve escaped from one CVS today and made contact with an old friend from high school. He was happy to hear from me!

  5. I have all sorts of cvss around the idea that I’m too old and not wealthy enough to achieve my dreams now. Time to break free and get a much better view of the situation!

  6. One of my cvs is that I am going to live in a particular country for next 10 years and due to this my conscious and unconscious mind aways limit my choices for any decisions regarding study and job. I can make a conscious effor to ensure that I ignore this constraint while thinking about my future plans.

  7. Interesting, over the past year or so “I’ve been thinking” – why have I done this or that and have come to the conclusion (not a final one) that I am what I call a reactionary – re-act in a positive and or a negative way to various stimulants (thought stimulants I mean) based on my perception and values……and also my experiences and thoughts as a child…and also based on my experiences as an adult…..

What am I escaping from?…. Or is the lure of excitement of “what’s over the hill or horizon” a beckoning factor…in my decision making rationale …… Is over there better than here and why?

  8. My current beliefs are limiting my ability and choices in life. Iam not using some of my skills out of fear and i can see how those fears are limiting future possibilities.

  9. I need to escape from motivational apathy, which causes me to stress and lose focus. It is not enough to wait for a nice sunny day to ‘feel good’. The bvs will be to get started and work towards ‘feel good’ – that will give me the escape i need.

  10. Today, i need to raise about US$150,000 to pay my workers for the of September. That is my cvs. I need to switch my focus to bvs by using the power of X10 and I now I can raise 1.5 million within the next 10 days by turning my current customers to sales poeple using WOMBAT
