Now this is much more of a PTO exercise!
Regarding my current priority of reducing online machining, I will PTO to capture existing machining requirements, and then search for further opportunities to move machining operations offline.
Regarding my hiking I will PTO to book more hiking trips this week
Regarding my (#1 opportunity) I will PTO to learn and embrace ways of improving the communication within our large team by the end of November.
Regarding my (#1 opportunity) I will PTO removing my guitar from its long term storage place, giving it some love, and playing some nursery rhymes and wiggles tunes to the kids.
There might be an opportunity soon to get funding for small new or innovative research projects in our organisation. This always creates the potential for becoming more independant in terms of my research activities. My PTO then is to find out about the process and get at least 2 of my ideas on paper and into a funding application.
My most exciting opportunity is to secure funds to conduct research in a new and emerging area of science.
Regarding my opportunity to lead with purpose I will PTO by actioning a small activity for the improvement program every day during work hours.
Following the purchase of land earlier this year, my #1 opportunity is to begin planning the building project that will result in our new home.

Regarding my number 1 opportunity I aim to develop a better understanding of the science projects within my Key Project portfolio. I need to be able to articulate the value of the project which comes from an understanding of the work.
