  1. The most interesting thing I got was the idea to focus on increasing your strengths more-so than improving your weaknesses.

  2. I think the most interesting thing was that so far I have not been able to come up the requested stories around my strengths. By far the request for a humorous story is the most difficult.

  3. We tend to focus on our weakness to try and improve but at what expense are we not concentrating on our strengths. Our strengths will overcome our weakness.

  4. Two things: that leaving strengths unattended allows them to atrophy, and that strengths can be easily leveraged to improve other areas.

  5. you can only become better when you progress on the theory practice theory learning curve.from point A you keep on progressing making yourself more adept.its a wonderful world.

  6. It is encouraging to focus on one’s strengths and not on one’s weaknesses. It feels a lot more worthwhile and purposeful, hopeful and useful.

  7. It is very interesting to see other people interpreting the same strength but in different angle.
It makes me to think that people has got different life experiences will view things differently. There is no right or wrong answer, but can see the thinking patten that around people’s head.
One of the tools that we learn is cvs2bvs. This building up your strength exercise is showing how important cvs2bvs in our leadership thinking. If we keep practicing, that will become a habit. It will definitely help our career building.

  8. It was very useful for me to refresh my thinking on my strengths – certainly they aren’t always top of mind. So, awareness is the essential first step in developing them further.
