COMMENT: Having reviewed last week what is the most interesting thing you got from the week’s training on ‘strengths’:

  1. This week’s work on strengths is probably the most time I have spent focusing on my strengths this year.

  2. The most significant item I see is that knowing and doing are two separate items. The Chinese I believe say “to know and not do is not yet to know”. Very fitting!

  3. The most interesting thing is that we just have to keep moving and early or late God will reward us for our efforts …

  4. After reviewing these DFQ comments for Lessons 6 to 10 l realized that we all have different strengths and different ways of usage but the common line is, we are all trying to put some value to the betterment of society and also help us to work on our weakness. It helps you to understand cvs to bvs x10.

  5. After reviewed last week training on strengths I can mention as a interesting findings:

    1. Identify the list of my strengths. It is very important to know them, as a persona or as a team.
    2. It is better to build on the strengths instead of working on the weaknesses. Also is fun to work on what you are good for.
    3. The importance to be focus in strengths.
    4. How to use them and build in strengths to find a BVS. Develop a daily work to develop them by searching, asking, investigating.
    5. Stories show knowledge and abilities.

  6. The biggest take away from the last week lessons are that I have started to focus on my strengths, which are easier to work on than my weaknesses.

  7. Most interesting thing abt the training is now i can focus on one core strength and develop it …
earlier i use to get confuse … now i can concentrate on 1 aim .. go step by step ..

  8. I have found that I don’t tend to focus on my strengths day to day –but rather focus on what I think needs improvement.

By focusing on my strengths I find that it has been an easier week–I am not striving to be something different–instead I am building on elements I already have.

  9. The Gallup Group´s Book “Now Follow your Strengths” indicates that it is very difficult to become excellent or even regular performer in our weaknesses. But on the other hand, we can get the highest levels if we develop our strengths to the maximum. These concepts are very important to personal and business life because the training practices trend is to “level” everyone, according to a standard. A waste of time and money.

Now, I am trying to develop my Creativity Strength to concrete some personal works like writing a book about the relationship between the use of language and some psy ills.
