For today, just read and review the DFQ comments left by other leadership trainees for the past week.

The strangest thing for me was the transition from weak to positive thinking and it seemed comparatively easy to do so. It is obvious that all I needed was someone to show me the way. The professional help was very appreciated and I know now I can learn from every person I meet.
The lessons start from within myself
the interesting and most important issue here is to continue to review what one dose and build on ones strength.
I was impressed with the strength testing. It came true to what I had thought may be. I of course forgot that a while ago and there it was. Maybe we instinctivley know what our strengths are!!
That it is more important to focus on your strengths rather than your weakness.
The most interesting, and not surprising thing, is that it is allways possible to find a better way to “strength” the strengths (CVS x BVS). This does not mean that the way is easy, but it should be “mandatory” if we really want to become useful persons, family members and citizens.
That we all have strengths that are with us since long time ago. But many of them are dormants, and we have to awake them now …
The interesting thing is that people normally focus on their weakness and not their strengths. The problem arises as people start comparing them selves against the strong points of others.
As a result instead of Asset based thinking they indulge in liabilities thinking which causes loss of self confidence and consequent depression.
This weeks lesson emphasized once more that we must improve on our strengths.
Hey it was great fun telling my stories of years gone by. These were actually forgotten past but remembering & telling them and knowing that others could be interested in reading them gave me smiles. I am imagining getting married tommorrow while together with my family one good evening, we all read these posts/feedback, smile & laugh to each other like naver before. Also this weeks lessons and feedback has made me become conscious of some important aspects & parts of me that i was not formally conscious of. Wow! it has been wonderful. Much thanks to Dr. Michael
The most interesting thing I have received from this week’s training on strengths is a reinforcement of the escape + search principle and how empowering it is.
