Sure, we all have strengths and we all have weaknesses. So, obviously, there are at least two approaches we can take to grow.
We can focus on trying to resolve our weaknesses and we can try building on our strengths.
There is room for both approaches but, in my experience, it is often more productive to build on a strength than to fix a weakness and that’s what your focus will be today. Build on your strength!
