  1. There is a paradox. On the one hand we should free ourselves from our habits. On the other we need to develop thinking/doing habits. Therefore the practice session I want to develop is to do something new every morning for 30 minutes.

  2. I can more practice at this by performing pro bono work. I can start pro bono work this month, in Melbourne.

  3. It is necessary to allocate time for daily practise to develop a new skill.
    I have been allocated everyday time for listening English lessons three years ago.
    Now I can understand and write in English.

  4. Practise,Practise, Practise ………. every day, several minutes a day. Also visualization is just as important.
