There is a paradox. On the one hand we should free ourselves from our habits. On the other we need to develop thinking/doing habits. Therefore the practice session I want to develop is to do something new every morning for 30 minutes.
I can more practice at this by performing pro bono work. I can start pro bono work this month, in Melbourne.
