  1. It’s very easy to get caught up in the CVS in the midst of the pandemic. However, the BVS has already allowed us to work in new ways that will go beyond the current situation. We can only get better at the challenges that Stage 4 will bring. I’m ready for the BVS!

Failure is indeed the mother of success, but knowing that doesn’t make it any easier to stop your instinct to avoid it, its something that requires consistent action just like searching for a BVS. Searching for a BVS also does not make your CVS ‘wrong’, right and wrong limit our thinking potential.

  3. It’s OK to make mistakes! The challenge is CVS 2 BVS in any given situation and learn that pattern of behaviour.

  4. You can make a choice to actively look for a BVS in any situation. It will take practice to escape/break from your CVS.

  5. Break your patterns and move from the CVS thinking to BVS, but don’t worry if you make mistakes – learn from them

  6. I find it interesting that our brain is secreting CVS and we are using our the same brain to search for a BVS. It keeps us to stay positive always!

  7. I like the concept of being able to escape the CVS (at any time) to search for a BVS. Perhaps a practice that we need to do more often so we can move forward.

  8. One of my favourite sayings is ‘Failure is the mother of success’. I’m also a huge advocate of ‘Being in it to win it’. x10 thinking has not only given me another phrase to help motivate and challenge my thinking cvs2bvs but also provided a measure of changing my current view of the situation to find another better view that is 10 times better rather than ‘improved’ or ‘different’.

  9. Keep an open mind and always search for the BVS. This will take some practice as by default we tend to channel our energy towards defending our CVS.
