ATLC #21 – Act of will

Congratulations on completing these past few months of Advanced Thought Leadership Training. You have completed The Pipeline!

At the beginning you said “I will enter” the pipeline. This decision was an exercise in making an act of will. It was an exercise in making a commitment and then keeping that commitment.

The time and effort you have invested in developing your willpower and your commitment to exploring and experimenting with the Pipeline and the Orange leadership tools will bring its own rewards.

How you use these ideas in your own life is, of course, now up to you. This is just a fresh opportunity for you to design a bvs in your life.

OPT-IN/OPT-OUT

As always, SOT training is offered on an opt-in/opt-out basis.

As you would expect, you get out of it what you put into it. Although the training is the same for everyone, it is interesting to see how different people take different things away from this training. What do you think that you will take away?

DFQ#21 Take Away Value:

If you were to tell a friend what you think is the most important thing you have taken away from this Advanced Thought Leadership Training, what would you say it was for you personally? What difference (if any) do you think it will make in your life?

  1. I think the biggest thing I am taking out of the training is to always stay opened minded and positive and look for ways to motivate others. Get them involved.
I think this will bring people around me that are more energised. This is at work and also at home by finding things we enjoy and ways of managing life better.

  2. my take out was about challenging the status quo – tried some different options and varied views.

there is always potential for a BVS

  3. For me personally this course has been instructive on how to be a better leader through always challenging myself and the team for a BVS which empowers us all. Not every idea will be a winner but you have to challenge the status quo.

  4. I think that the biggest thing I have taken away from this is that a leader first learns instruction and takes instruction without question. The difference is in the instruction(s) given, make it clear and concise, exercise empathy and understand the CVS the person is in at that time. This will send you on your way to being a thoughtful leader one who will, with repetition have control over their business and personal life.

  5. For me personally my take away from this ATLC is :

    CVS#BVS

    Escape + Search = Think

    PRR

Focus more on Strengths and Opportunities

Commit to learn to think, think, PRR with the aim to get to a stage where I can accomplish whatever task is at hand

By far the best is to search for a BVS. Next would be the positive psychology thing – focus more on Strengths and Opportunities. Then ofcourse there is PRR.

THANKS AWFULLY FOR ALL THE LESSONS AND STUFF. THANK YOU VERY MUCH 😊

  6. THE PROGRAM HAS HELP ME TO PLAN AND DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO HELP ME WITH MY DAY TO DAY LIFESTYLE

  7. The most important thing I would say I took away from this course was to continue to strive for better points of view.

  8. I now consider that there are pros and cons to following instructions and leading yourself. Opposite approaches, but either way can have its advantages and disadvantages.
