Be healthy

R&R. Rest & Recuperation. Recharge the batteries. Take-it-easy. Your brain is the biggest engine in your body. It consumes more fuel and generates more energy. Give it a rest and a time to recover. Give it a holiday from your screens and your gadgets. Your physical, mental and emotional health cannot be separated from the pattern of choices you make. Every hour of every day you are designing your future. If your designs are tired or weak your future cannot be strong. Be mindful.

Be healthy.

    Let’s go away for the weekend. We could take Friday off and make it a long relaxing getaway … just the two of us.

  2. Lets just sit at home and do nothing ….order food ; let the kids play and we can watch them ! just not worry about chores and take it easy !

  7. Every day is the right day to accept healthy/harmonious thoughts about ourselves and all mankind. Reject any thoughts that try to fill our thinking that are injurious, unhealthy, selfish, unkind. Think happy/healthy and live that; way.

    If I do what I think I need to do today, will it improve my short term or long term health? Will it help improve others health, my family etc..? Let’s make sure I allocate time for both.

    Despite a sense of confinement I am healthy and I am determined to stay healthy by eating well, exercising each day, sleeping well, and being mentally positive and socially engaged through my access to modern technolgy. I know the future will be better than today and I will be a positive influence for me and others in that regard.

  10. Practise remembering to stop a negative thought and switch to thinking something better.

    Do whatever needs to be done in the best possible manner without procrastinating.

    Do not harm anyone.

    Daily do some exercise for the body, mind and soul.

    Eat a simple hot meal of rice with some cow ghee poured onto it and vegetable curry twice a day with a 8-hour gap in between.

    Drink plenty of water.

    Remember to have seasonal fruits.

    Be grateful and happy.
