Easy instructions on how to use the Ten Mindful Emojis:

• Mindful emojis are always put at the beginning of the text message, not the end.

Is it true? Fact check. Search more information. Be attentive to facts and figures. Be aware of true news or fake news? When you text or SMS this emoji you just give neutral information. You are not polarised or biased. You are a sort of wikipedia. Just get the facts out. Be alert to all the information you can find on the current situation.

KEY STRATEGY: In these first ten lessons you will learn a simple but powerful algorithm called cvs2bvs that asks two main questions: What is the cvs? and What is the bvs? or What is the current view of the situation? and What is the better view of the situation?

cvs2bvs is also called The First Law of Thinking.

Be forensic.

NOTE: When you SMS or text, you can put the magnifying glass emoji at the beginning of your message to show that you are deliberately being forensic. This deliberateness is important and is called 'being mindful' or metacognition.

  1. Sample text (mail or SMS) in forensic mode

The house has been on sale for 183 days. This week we had three visits. The first was that of a couple who appreciated it but found it too isolated. The second was that of a real estate agent looking for clients: a priori, this corresponds to their wishes; he will inform them and, if it suits them, he will notify us and his clients will begin the process of obtaining a loan. The third visit was to a young man who has to settle in the area for professional reasons and who is looking for his family. He likes the house, he is in a hurry and has offered the reduced price of 15% stating that he has the funds and that the transaction can be done quickly if we all agree.

According to the ACCC. The last minimum price for petrol was 20 March. The last two cycles were 33 and 31 days. So we should wait two more weeks to buy a full tank of petrol again.

  3. Email to dad- Lets review all the information you have receiving regarding investment options in Australia. I will find out all the official links of investment opportunity information in Australia from a local immigration expert. We can then compare it with the information you have received to verify the authenticity first and the course of action next.

Regarding up coming hike. The weather has been dry. The forecast is for no rain. Therefore the chances of finding water are slim and to be safe we will have to walk in with sufficient water to last the trip.

Quantum mechanics and the theory of general relativity have these, like, completely different ideas about how time works. Einstein says time’s relative, depending on where you are and how fast you’re going, yeah? Faster you go, the slower time is. Quantum mechanics, on the other hand, says time’s absolute and external to the universe: keeping track of the wave function in quantum systems. they can’t both be right, can they? Time’s either fixed or it isn’t. And some scientists say it doesn’t really exist at all. According to the thermal time hypothesis, time’s a statistical artefact – the flow of time is an illusion, one deriving from the incompleteness of knowledge. My brain is melting…

  11. The bus strike has been going on for the last 15 days. They are asking for a 9.5% pay rise. They will not be paid for the days that they have been on strike for. The pay increase for the year will now be less than the income that they will lose over the duration of the strike.

  12. The government has announced free education for TAFE students in next year’s budget. Some interpretations state that it is not free there will still be a fee to pay others believe that the courses targeted will have little impact and this is more of a publicity stunt to win over voters.

  13. Round 2
I’ve been following closely what my hasband was doing, and examining his feedback for clues about new search.

  14. Memo to myself

Before you start forming an opinion take time to lay out all the facts as accurately as you can. Look at where there could be more facts that you haven’t got. Obtain those facts. Once you have all the facts go over them and think in an expansive way about all the possibilities, Then order the possibilities in the most likely eliminating those which aren’t feasible.

    1. We read the same facts, however everyone has different values and expectations. What one person finds acceptable, the other finds deplorable. There doesn’t seem to be a middle ground in politics. Your either one or the other. I want to take the best of both, and remove the worst of both. I need the majority to agree with me in order for my vision to work and benefit everyone.

  15. Email to prospect:

4.8% of the investment into Infrastructure (public and private) in Australia is lost due to unnecessary safety concerns, injury and death, when you account for personal and costs to taxpayer. It’s getting better, but it’s still way too high. Especially when you consider the government just announced a huge $75B infrastructure budget over 10 years. What sort of strain will this put on services?

  16. Dear Monica,
I went to the supermarket late today and I found that the rows for toilet paper, tissues and paper hand towels were completely empty. i also found that in many other areas there were shelves that were deficient of products, in particular, cleaning products. From my observations I assume panic buying is still occurring for the items missing from the shelves. I inquired with the check-out attendant and he confirmed that to be the case – he actually complained that too many customers felt they knew more about Coles policies relative to this matter than he did. It confirmed in my mind that there continues to be a hightened concerned regarding the coronavirus and the prospect of isolation.

  17. One has to be conscious and deliberate when recording anything in writing. Rigorous application of mind is called for. Especially so when it is on the internet.

I have a problem. How do I get the emoji inserted at the start of the comment?
