  1. Why to change the way people currently think in terms of educating them to understand and develop effective x10 thinking (initially within a work setting) and move away from their ingrained ‘Black Hat’ thinking require the concepts to be presented from so many different viewpoints and repeated several times before the concept appears to be grasped? Like religous faith I belive this may be due to the person(s) requiring demonstrable evidence that X10 thinking actually delivers rather than accepting it initially as a ‘Truth’ that can be blindly accepted? I will need to think further on this to gain a better understanding of whether this is the case or attempt to identify potential other underlying issues that once understood, such understanding can then be used to adapt and make the message more effective within a shorter timeframe.

  2. Why… can’t i improve this? Or rather i why do i spend more time identyfying problems than solutions to them? Some of my workplace problems are bundled into culture (work and social) and managing/strengrhening relationships. I need to try out some options to force a bvs rather than just hypothesising!

  3. My CVS is ‘lack of opportunity’. Why do I have this CVS?
Meeting needs of people/prospects/customers equals opportunity. I can add value by meeting real needs. I should focus on needs instead of opportunities. I may be able to escape from my CVS by asking the question ‘what are the needs?’
