  1. Why COVID-19 has been the catalyst for promoting lateral thinking leading to adapative change in the way we live and work on a global scale.

    That where you are born, the community you are born into and the financial means available to drive your upbringing does not determine or limit your abilities to achieve your goals and become the best you can be.

    That age is a mental state and does not have to limit your ability to continue to strive to reach your full potential unless you accept this is the case.

    My most recent CVS2BVS has been working with my CEO to build a framework that allows our employees to permananetly move away from pre-COVID office based 9 – 5 working to the flexibility and freedom to work wherever and whenever they wish to during any given week as long as they are able to deliver what is needed based on the needs of our customers.
