I sometimes think of the ways respond emotionally to situations and the way we can use our cvs2bvs thinking to manipulate or change our emotional responses in our mammal brain as … The Limbic Games.

To get a list of human emotions we can refer to Darwin’s book, The expressions of the emotions in man and animals

Suffering and weeping

Low spirits, anxiety, grief, dejection, despair

Joy, high spirits, love, tender feelings, devotion

Reflection, meditation, ill-temper, sulkiness, determination

Hatred and anger

Disdain, contempt, disgust, guilt, pride, helplessness, patience, affirmation and negation

Surprise, astonishment, fear, horror

Self-attention, shame, shyness, modesty, blushing.

  1. If I listen carefully to what is being said. I then think carefully about my reaction or response. In exceptional circumstances, I imagine I am on a revolving dais. Trying to get the full picture. This may give the impression the process is turgid, for me it was effective. I had come to realize that as the Boss, I did not know everything. Problem solving was a team effort.

  2. Increasing speed is a worthy endeavour but ‘speed of thought’ does not carry the same currency as ‘fitness of thought’. The latter creates an inner resonance…. and an outer glow. It, too, escapes the shackles of ‘logic’ which is capable of enslaving the thinking process. Like ‘speed’, ‘fitness’ too requires daily creative practice.

  3. CVS2BVS 100x daily trigger to double my speed of thought, practiced

over time, helps me eliminate PTV ingrained in majority of population.
i am then able to do most of above benifits, with DFQ from SOT lessons.

  4. In some cases I answer yes because of an intuitive knowing response and not a judgemental response. “Sometimes” is also an answer to many of the questions above.

  5. Dear Michael,

I think this one article and lesson will some day will do the trick of opening people’s mind to SOT. It is quite a straight forward approach to bringing humanity to the SOT. I will publish it locally in Ghana for I have been trying many many options. I will never give at all it get more exciting bringing tSOT to others.

    A great piece.
    Erik
