  1. Excellent,,, yet some more reasons to exercise and feel great all my life. I find this inspiring as I have reading, that a 70 year old who does 12 weeks of exercise develops a similar muscle tone to a 25 year old

    for me , lifelong fitness is a definite,,that I will not compromise

  2. exercise clears my mind, so that afterwards I can meditate more freely. My body seems to be at peace and the brain more energized.
